| Question: |
What is the best way to watch movies? |
| Answer: |
It really depends on your preferences.
But, from our vast experience, we will tell you that if movies
are not playing properly, it is NOT the movies and more than
likely your system or your media player. We strongly suggest
you use Microsoft Internet Explorer v 5.0 and above and Windows
Media Playe v 8.0 and above. Internet Explorer v 5.0 and above have a built-in
media player that will play all our movies. Windows Media Player
is a wonderful and free stand-alone movie player that is compatible
with all our movies. You can download either one for free
here:

| Question: |
How do I watch the movies? |
| Answer: |
Just simply LEFT click (normal click) on the movie link and it will pop up our movie player window. From there, it will start to stream the movie for you. If you wish to save the movie, LEFT click once again on the link at the top
of the movie pop-up window that says 'Click here to download this clip'. Important! Read the section below
to make sure you have JAVA enabled.
|
| Question: |
Nothing happens when I left click on a movie or part? |
| Answer: |
You MUST have JAVA enabled since the movie pop-up player is java based. In Internet Explorer,
you can check to make sure your JAVA is enabled by going to Tools - Internet Options - Advanced, and look for Java related check boxes. In other browsers the process should be similar.

| Question: |

A movie I downloaded does not work? |

Most of the time, the movie did not finish downloading so you probably have a partial download. Most of the time this is caused by timeouts and stalls on your end. It happens from time to time. You will have to download the movie again. If this keeps happening regularly, you probably have issues with your ISP.

Try saving another movie to your hard drive and pay special attention to which directory on your hard drive your computer defaults your saved files to. Just go look in that folder. The other thing you can do is if you know the name of the movie, you can go to START-SEARCH-FILES AND FOLDERS.
